Data-Driven Inclusion: Jolint’s Journey Comes to Stockholm

We are excited to invite you to a special event at Add Gender’s Norm Salon in Stockholm on December 11th, 16:00–18:00, followed by AW and networking, where we will present Jolint as Norm Engineers and a new key partner in our network. Jolint, visiting us from Gothenburg, brings cutting-edge expertise in fostering objectively inclusive company cultures through innovative data analytics.

Why This Matters:

Jolints groundbreaking platform helps organizations measure, track, and enhance inclusion, collaboration, and belonging, which are essential ingredients for thriving workplaces.

At Add Gender, we understand the complexities of building a truly inclusive workplace.

Many organizations struggle with persistent challenges, such as:

  • Limited Visibility: Annual surveys and anecdotal feedback offer snapshots in time, often missing the subtle, yet critical, dynamics that impact inclusion daily.
  • Hidden Barriers: Isolation, silos, and exclusionary networks can erode inclusivity from within, often going unnoticed until they significantly impact employee well-being and retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Relying solely on intuition for critical inclusion initiatives can lead to ineffective strategies and missed opportunities for impactful change.

Whether you’re curious about the potential of AI for inclusion or already working with culture, workplace vibe, or employee engagement, this event will provide fresh perspectives and actionable strategies. If you’re an HR manager or a C-suite leader looking for innovative ways to foster an inclusive and thriving workplace culture, this session is designed with you in mind.

Exclusive Jolint Demo

During the event we're excited to showcasing Jolint, a innovative platform developed by Jolint Network Analytics AB, designed to provide real-time insights and actionable data to drive meaningful inclusion improvements.

At the event we'll give you an interactive session where you'll discover how Jolint can help your organization:

  • Gain a continuous pulse on inclusion: Think of it as a fitness tracker for your workplace culture, providing real-time visibility into the health and dynamics of your organization's networks.
  • Identify and address hidden patterns of exclusion: Proactively uncover potential risks and intervene early to foster a more equitable and connected environment.
  • Empower leaders with data-backed insights: Move beyond gut feelings and make informed decisions based on clear metrics, driving targeted interventions and maximizing impact.

What Role Does AI Play in Inclusion?

At this event, we’ll also explore the exciting intersection of AI and inclusion. While artificial intelligence often raises concerns about bias, it also holds tremendous potential to advance equality when used thoughtfully. Jolint’s innovative platform demonstrates how AI-driven analytics can uncover patterns, eliminate blind spots, and empower leaders to make data-informed decisions that foster inclusion and belonging.

Join us to see firsthand how advanced equality and AI can work together to reshape workplaces for the better.
